Ingredients

    2 large Eggs, fresh,
    1/2 cup Egg substitute, liquid
    1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese shredded
    1 TB Low fat cream cheese
    4 pieces bacon medium slices, cooked and crumbled
    4 Soft tacos. 8 inches or medium

Directions

Mix eggs, cream cheese and salt and pepper in a blender. Scramble lightly. Sprinkle bacon and cheese (divided into 4 servings) in the middle of each tortilla and top with scrambled egg. Fold tortilla sides over and place in a plate, seam side down on a dinner plate. Microwave for 30 seconds - or just until thoroughly heated and serve.
