Ingredients

    6 peppers
    1 lb ground turkey
    2 cups v8 juice
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup FF cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup reg cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup rice

Directions

Cook hamburger, add salt, pepper, V=8 Juice. rice, Simmer 15 minutes. Boil Peppers 5 min. place in 9X13 pan, fill with hamb, rice mixture. bake for 20 min in 350 degree o ven.
