Quiche Lorraine

Submitted by: FRANCOPHILE619

Introduction

This is a basic quiche recipe that I used all the time when I lived in France. The Lorraine in the recipe is the bacon, onion & swiss cheese. You can take those items out and replace them with anything you like. Any type of veggies in the house usually will work! If you are using real bacon, now is the time to cook it up.

Put onions and bacon in crust then pour the egg mixture in. Place back int hte oven and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes, until it doesn't jiggle and the egg is starting to brown.
