Ingredients

    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 3 floweret (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)
    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, 2 slice (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)

Directions

I blended everything together in a food processor and then brought to a boil on the stovetop, lowered the temp. and simmer for 5 minutes just to warm.
