1 envelope taco seasoning
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) chili beans, undrained
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Ladle soup into bowls and ENJOY. Yield: 8 servings (2 quarts).
