YUMMY, YUMMY Vegetable Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    * Savory, ground, 2 tbsp
    * Garlic, 3 clove
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    * Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Caldo de Pollo - Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 9 tsp
    * Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded
    * Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, medium (5-6" dia)
    * Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 8 large
    * Hot and Sour Soup - Bear Creek Country Kitchens, 2 cup Prepared

Directions

Heat oil in large soup pot, add onion, celery, garlic, and carrot cook until softened. Add all the spices (mix and match to your taste) and bouillon granules; mix thoroughly. Add water and remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour until veggies are desired done-ness.
Makes approximately 15 1.5-cup servings.
