Introduction

instead of noodles, use spinach leaves instead of noodles, use spinach leaves

Ingredients

    16oz ground turkey

    8oz 1% cottage cheese

    1/2 cup green onion chopped

    1 cup celery chopped

    1 cup green pepper chopped

    2 cups tomatoes diced

    3 cups spinach leaves

    2oz mozzarella, grated

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    black pepper

    cayenne pepper

Directions

brown beef, add tomatoes, celery, onions, and green peppers

season sauce with garlic, pepper and cayenne and simmer

wash spiach, layer sauce, spinach and cottage cheese

top with grated mozzarella and bake in over for 1 hour at 400F
