Ingredients
* 4 C Shrimp, raw
*1/4 C plus 2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft)
* 1 Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
* Curry powder, 2 tbsp
* 1/4C plus 2 tbsp Flour, Gold Medal
* Salt, 1.5 tsp
* *Altern (Generic version of Splenda), 1.5 tsp
* Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
* 2 C *Chicken Broth, Swanson 33% Less Sodium
* 2 C *8th Continent Light Orginal
* *Fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp
Directions
Melt butter over low heat in heavy saucepan. Saute onion and curry powder in melted butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Add shrimp and lemon juice, heat. Cook til shrimp are cooked.
