Easy Italian Cheese Spread

Introduction

A quick cheese I threw together with ingredients on hand to stuff pasta shells with. Ended up being a delicious snack with crackers as well. A quick cheese I threw together with ingredients on hand to stuff pasta shells with. Ended up being a delicious snack with crackers as well.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8oz. Cream Cheese
    3/4C Shredded Co-Jack Cheese (or any cheese)
    1/2C Sour Cream
    1/2T Dried Basil
    2t dried oregano
    1t garlic salt (or to taste)
    1/2T dried parsley

Directions

Let cream cheese sit at room temperature until soft enough to beat with sour cream and shredded cheese. Add seasonings to taste and either stuff pasta and bake with your favorite sauce on top or use as a cheese spread with crackers or vegetables. Makes about 1-1/2 Cups of spread.
