Introduction

low fat biscuit low fat biscuit
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1 cup
    1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
    yogurt plain nonfat (dannon), 3 tbsp
    Milk, 2%, .25 cup or less
    White\r Vinegar, .50 tbsp
    Water, tap, .enough to moisten dough
    Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 3 tsp
    sugar 1 tsp.

Directions

in measuring cup put 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, pour in milk to 1/4 cup mark.
In bowl add flour, salt and baking powder. stir
Add 3 tablespoons yogurt . mix together
Add milk mixture.
add water a little at a time till dough forms a soft ball
Do not kneed
flour the counter or a board and pat dough out to 1/2 inch
Cut into four biscuits . reform dough to make 1 more biscuit.
Bake at 375 for about 8 to 10 minutes
