    12 oz flank steak
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    2 tsp packed brown sugar
    1 tsp granulated garlic
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tbsp paprika

Directions

Mix spices, rub liberally on flank steak, let sit at least 5 minutes. Grill about 5-6 minutes each side. Cut across grain.
