Moms Meatloaf Un-chained

Moms Meatloaf Un-chained

Introduction

Boston Market ( casual dining) makes a really good meatloaf but this one is alot healthier and making it in the crockpot makes getting dinner on the table a snap. Make it up the night before and just pop it in the crockpot and set to low and dinner is ready when you get home. Match up with some healthy sides of steamed vegs. Dinner in a snap. • I enjoyed this quick, easy meatloaf! I cut out the breadcrumbs and used grated parmesian cheese instead, then I used ketchup/mustard without the brown sugar for the topping. YUM! Make sure to use a pan that allows the grease to drip off... - 11/14/09
