Ingredients

    2 lb Pork Tenderloin, Lean
    Carrots
    Onion
    Potato
    Canned Tomato

Directions

Brown (sear) Tenderloin with Olive OIl, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Add Oregeno or tarragon as you like.
Rough chop caorrts, onion & potato, place in bottom of slow cooker. Add tomatoes and if you like, 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Place browned tenderloin on top and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
