    Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 12 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Cream of Celery Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz), prepared (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    White Wine, 20 fl oz (remove)

Directions

Stick it all in the slow cooker and leave:). Cook it for 5 hours on high.
