Vegan Pancakes

Introduction

Quick vegan pancakes using nut milk and no oil. Quick vegan pancakes using nut milk and no oil.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    2 c. Fresh Nut Milk (unsweetened)
    2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    4 T. Ground Flax
    6 packets Nruvia (Stevia)
    2 t. Baking Powder
    1 t. Salt
    1 t. Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl until just mixed.

Add your own favorite pancake ingredients (blueberries, vegan chocolate chips, apples and cinnamon) if you'd like.

Cook on medium-hot skillet until brown.

Makes 20-22 small pancakes (about 2-3 T. batter per pancake).
