Ingredients



    * *Bacon, Thick sliced, fully cooked, smoked with sweet apple-wood, 4 serving (remove)
    * *Pork Chop - Bone In, 16 oz (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Cheedar Jack Shredded Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Rosemary, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Coat chops in flour and brown in a greased skillet. Cook bacon on top of chops in same pan. Add broth, potato, onions, garlic, pepper, salt, rosemary, basil and simmer until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese and cook until melted.
