Kathy's Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    *Post Trail Mix Crunch Cereal cranberry vanilla (.5 c.), 1 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Parkay, Spray Margarine, 1 spray, 8 serving (remove)

Directions

Spray the bottom of a 1 quart casserole dish, peel & slice the apples into the dish, sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon.
Sprinkle the top with cranberyy Vanilla Trail Mix Crunch Cereal 1/2 cup. Spray top with Butter. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Top with Canned whip cream for an additional 15 calories. Makes 4 servings.
