Ingredients

    1 Banana
    3 T Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
    1/2 c oatmeal
    2 T Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Syrup
    1 c skim milk
    1 c crushed ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Save extra half serving for a snack later.

You can also add vanilla in this for an extra layer of flavor.
