Ingredients

    4 cups chopped cabbage
    2 tbls olive oil

Directions

Chop up half a cabbage about 4 cups. Add oil to fry pan and and heat, add cabbage and stir-fry till softened and slightly brown. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
