1 large box (2.1oz) Jello sugar free, fat free chocolate instant pudding
3 cups Cold Fat Free Milk
1 cup Light Cool Whip
2. Add 1 cup light cool whip & whisk until completely mixed
3. Pour imediately into popsicle molds & insert popsicle sticks in molds. (I find silicone molds work best because the pudding pop can be peeled out, or small paper cups that can be torn away)
4. Place in freezer for at least 8 hours.
Makes 14 evenly divided popsicles (probably about 1/4 cup each)
