Pam's Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

    2c unbleached flour
    1c whole wheat flour
    1/2c oats
    2c sugar
    2tsp cinnamon
    1tsp allspice
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2c canola oil
    1/2c unsweetened applesauce
    4 eggs
    2c canned pumpkin
    1/2c pecans, chopped

Directions

Makes 24 - 30 muffins
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 muffin tins with baking spray.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
