Ingredients

    * *chicken thigh no skin, 4 serving
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    * Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    * *Canned Tomatoe - Alymer diced, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Tomato products, canned, sauce, spanish style, .5 cup
    * **Spice World Minced Garlic, 10 gram(s)
    * Basil, .06 tbsp
    * Rosemary, .5 tsp
    * Thyme, fresh, .25 tsp
    * Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped

Directions

Place precooked chicken in bottom of small roasting pan
Sweat vegetables and herbs in olive oil
Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and simmer for three minutes
Pour vegetable sauce mix over meat
Bake in oven for one hour
