Introduction

Ingredients

    score the bottom of the tomatoes with an X, then blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Run them under cold running water and peel the skins. Cut open and remove seeds and stem. Sautee finely chopped onion in small amount off water or chicken stock till soft, add tomaotoes, garlic, pepper and a pinch of salt. add water or stock about 2 cups, blend with a emerson blender or transfer to a blender & blend till smopth and reutrn to pot. Add tomato sauce & tomato paste & potaoto flakes. Then add milk and salt & pepper to taste. Strain till smooth and serve warm.
