Sesame Carrots

Ingredients

    2 teaspoons light butter
    1 pound julienned carrots
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
    Dash of pepper
    2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Melt light butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and saute 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add orange juice, brown sugar, ginger, salt, mustard, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
