Beef Stew

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound stew meat
    2 large potatoes pelled and cubed
    1 cups of peas and carrots frozen
    1 can tomato sauce 6 or 8 oz
    Salt and pepper and seasonings to taste
    1 tbsp oilve oil

Directions

1. In a medium size pot, drop oil and heat in medium, then add meat and fry it for 3 or 4 minutes, till you get some brown out and collect some juice from the meat.
2. Add about 2 cups of water, seasonings, salt and pepper, bring it to boil.
3. Add tomato sauce and cut to medium-low and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes (till meat is tender) then add potatoes and peas and carrots, let it cook till poatoes are done. If you see the sauce drying up just add more water.
