1 # bag baby carrots
water to steam them in
3/4 c water
3/4 c sugar
2/3 c vinegar
1 Tbs Mustard Seeds
1 3" cinnamon stick
Mix rest of ingredients & simmer 10 minutes. cool & pour over carrots. Let sit in fridge overnight. Remove cinnamon stick & cloves. Enjoy!
