Marinated Carrots

Introduction

These are sweet & tart, with a fall kick! These are sweet & tart, with a fall kick!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 # bag baby carrots
    water to steam them in

    3/4 c water
    3/4 c sugar
    2/3 c vinegar
    1 Tbs Mustard Seeds
    1 3" cinnamon stick
    3 cloves

Directions

cook carrots in 1" water for 1-2 minutes. drain & cool.

Mix rest of ingredients & simmer 10 minutes. cool & pour over carrots. Let sit in fridge overnight. Remove cinnamon stick & cloves. Enjoy!
