Amanda's Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    *Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells, 6 oz
    *Campbell's - Healthy Request, Cream of Mushroom (.5 C / Serving, 1.34 C / Can), 1.3 cup
    No salt added diced tomatoes-can
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, chopped
    *Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Fat Free, 6 tbsp
    italian seasoniongs
    olive oil (1 tsp)

Directions

**While bringing water to a boil for pasta, dice and brown chicken breast in 1 tsp of olive oil with italian seasoning and mrs. dash table blend
**Drop pasta in boiling water and cook until al dente
**I used frozen broccoli--Thaw in microwave for 3-5 minutes while pasta is cooking
**In large bowl, combine pasta, browned chicken, broccoli, can of cream of mushroom soup, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese--mix well.
**Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray....spread pasta/chicken mixture in baking dish and top with mozzarella.
**Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until bubbles and top begins to brown

**Makes approx 6 1 cup servings.
