Shipwreck Stew

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups diced Potato
    1/4 cup chopped Onions
    1 can S&W Stewed Italian Recipe Tomatoes
    1 can Pinto Beans
    20 oz (1 pkg) Foster Farms Ground Turkey (lean)
    2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 cup Minute Rice
    1 Tbsp Hunt's Ketchup
    Water - 3-5 cups
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Dice potatoes & onion while browning ground turkey. Puree tomatoes, combine all ingredients in a 3qt crock pot with enough water to fill the pot (3 to 5 cups). Cook in crock pot or slow cooker 4-5 hours on high, or until potatoes are done. Can also be cooked in a large pot or dutch oven on the stove top for 30-40 min on medium heat or in the oven for 1 hr at 375 degrees.

Makes 12 cups, serving size is 1 cup.
