Introduction

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tblsp butter
    confectioners sugar
    lemon wedges

Directions

Heat oven to 425.
Put butter in glass pie dish and melt butter in oven--DO NOT BURN!
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until very light. Add flour and milk. Beat well. Pour in pie dish and bake for 20 min. Serve immediately.
