Rhubarb Sauce

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 cups diced rhubarb
    2 cups water

    Scant 1 teaspoon white stevia (sugar substitute:) 1/4 teaspoon white stevia equals 1 cup of sugar. (you could use another sweetner)

    1/3 cup sugar

Directions

Cook water and rhubarb over low heat until tender.
Add Stevia
Stir well
Add sugar to taste.
Chill and eat or you may eat it warm.
