Slow Cooker Turkey

Introduction

Yes, turkey from the crock CAN be good! Yes, turkey from the crock CAN be good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    A turkey breast, bone in, approx 6 pounds.
    1 packet onion soup mix

Directions

Rinse turkey and pat dry.
Cut off excess skin, but leave the skin that covers the breast. When done right, you should have a nice slit at the end to shove soup mix through.
Rub onion soup mix evenly over outside of turkey and under the skin.
Place in slow cooker, breast side down. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Then cook 7 hours on low. DO NOT OVERCOOK. I took mine out at 6.5 to 7 hours. Just make sure it's done.
