Ingredients

    2 cups nonfat milk
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    10-14 ice cubes
    2 scoops protein powder
    generous sprinkles of cinnamon and of pumpkin pie spice
    couple of splashes of vanilla extract
    optional: sweetener of choice

Directions

Combine everything in a blender - blend well and serve!
