Chicken Parmesan

Introduction

WOW...the taste will blow you away!!! Try out different flavors of triscuits too!! You can also just eat the "Fried" Chicken without parmesaning it. :-) :-) WOW...the taste will blow you away!!! Try out different flavors of triscuits too!! You can also just eat the "Fried" Chicken without parmesaning it. :-) :-)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz. Chicken Breasts (Four-4oz servings)
    3T flour
    1/4 C egg beaters
    18 Fire Roasted Tomatoe Triscuits
    2C Ragu No Sugar Added Spaghetti Sauce
    4oz. whole milk mozzarella

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On three seperate plates place the flour, egg beaters and triscuits. Crush triscuits with the back of a wooden spoon. Place chicken breasts in between plastic wrap and with a meat mallet pound out chicken to even thickness. Take each piece of chicken and coat it with flour, then egg beaters, then triscuits. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 -15 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Then place "fried" chicken into a cassarole dish and top with spaghetti sauce, then top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
