Spaghetti Squash Bake

Introduction

When I get focused on losing weight....I buy spaghetti squash. This is so easy to make, and really filling. Add a baked chicken breast for a complete meal. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 spaghetti squash
    8 oz 2% mozerella cheese
    .25 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 can tomatoes (stewed, diced, whole -- your choice)
    Basil to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the seeds. Bake for 30 minutes cut side down, and then turn over and bake for another 30 minutes.

Spray a 9x11 inch pan with Pam. Scrape the cooked spaghetti squash into the pan. Add the tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle mozerella, then parmesan on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
