Delicious! I used 1 cup skim milk and 1 egg instead of the soy and replacement, and the recipe baked up fine, FYI :) - 6/2/08

  • Very moist and tasty! I used raisins instead of blueberries and a bit of rye flour instead of the flax, but they turned out great. - 5/14/10

  • These came out really moist. I also used skim milk instead of soy milk because it's what I had handy. The only complaint I heard was that it could have more blueberries, other wise they were well liked. - 1/19/09

  • This recipe was really good! I made "mini" muffins with it. They are fabulous. Not too sweet, but pack plenty of delectable flavor. I used Potassium substitute instead of salt and skim milk instead of soy milk. I will most definitely make these again! - 1/18/09
