Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic
    2 large onions
    2 tsp smoked paprika
    280g tomato paste
    8 cups chicken stock
    6 stalks celery (diced)
    2 large carrots
    1 tin butter beans
    1 tin kidney beans
    1.5 cup pasta (130g)
    1 tsp oregano
    2 TB chopped parsley
    2 tins chopped tomatoes (800g)
    salt and pepper

Directions

Fry onion and garlic together. Add paprika and tomato paste, stir well and cook 1 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta, cook 30 minutes. Add pasta and cook until pasta is ready (if serving straight away) or cook pasta 3-4 minutes (until half-done) if freezing.
1 serve=410g.
