Ingredients

2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 large clove garlic, minced
4 TBL light Blue Bonnet margarine
2 potatoes, cubed (I leave the skin on)
3 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth (99% fat free)
2 cans (10 oz) baby clams, NOT drained
4 tsp Old Bay seasoning (1 TBL + 1 tsp)
Directions
Makes about 9 1-cup servings
In the bottom of a heavy 2.5-3 quart saucepan, saute the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until potatoes are done.
