Introduction

Blueberry Pie is topped with a crumb topping in this simple recipe. This is the best blueberry pie that any of my family has ever had. The analysis does not include the calories in the pie crust. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 cups blueberries
    3/4 cup splenda
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Press the pie crust into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Gently stir in the blueberries. Pour into the pie crust.

Bake for 40 munites in the preheated oven,or until browned on top.

  • Does the calories reflect the topping and the pie crust. Also have a question about the brown sugar did not see it in the ingredient list. Hubby is diabetic and need to watch all sugars? The filling sounds very low sugar and very yummy. - 10/30/09

    I revised the recipe so it isn't confusing. I will let you decide what topping you want to put on your pie. The analysis is just for the filling. Delicious!!
