* 2 slices of Ezekial sprouted sesame seed bread. (or bread of your choice. i use Ezekial because it's higher protein)
* 1/2 of an avocado, sliced
* 1 tomato, sliced
* 1 handful of spinach
* 1 tablespoon of Vegenaise (grapeseed oil kind)
* 1 teaspoon of Sriracha (if you like a little spice!)
Spread the Vegenaise and Sriracha on one slice.
Add sliced avocado, sliced tomato, and spinach.
