3/4 cup water
3/4 cup apple cider
1 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced pear
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or any nut)
1/4 cup 1% milk (or fat free)
Add pear, cranberries, cinnamon, and vanilla, stirring gently to combine; cook 3 minutes or until oats are tender. Stir in nuts and milk.
Makes 2 HUGE servings...
