Broccoli and Cheddar

Ingredients

    8 cups frozen cut broccoli
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp butter
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1 - Boil broccoli in 1 cup water in a covered pot until very soft (10-15 min).

2 - Drain water and place broccoli back in pot (off heat).

3 - Melt butter on the hot broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with lid. Let set for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir well to spread the cheese evenly over the broccoli.
