Sundried Turkey Burger

Introduction

I always like trying to mix up my burgers. This one was a good mix. Depending on your preference you may want to mix up the quantities of the ingredients above I always like trying to mix up my burgers. This one was a good mix. Ingredients


    1 lb Ground Turkey
    6 pieces Sun Dried Tomatoes
    1/8 cup Dried Cranberries
    1 slice Onions
    1 clove Garlic
    2oz Feta Cheese
    4 Hamburger Buns

Directions

Grill onion and garlic in a frying pan until the onion is clear. Set aside to cool. Cut sundried tomatos and cranberries and add to a mixing bowl. Add Feta Cheese, Turkey and cooled onion and garlic. If you'd like add salt and pepper to taste. Shape into burgers. Grill on both sides until cooked through.

Makes 4 burgers.
