Carly's Homemade Cranberry SauceSubmitted by: CARLY783
3 cups whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup brown sugar splenda blend
1/2 cup splenda
1 cup water
cinnamon, about 1 tsp
lemon juice, to taste (I used about a tablespoon)
2 - Add cranberries, bring back to a boil and cook until skins pop and sauce begins to thicken, about 5-6 minutes from boiling point. Stir in lemon juice, and remove from the heat.
3 - Let cool at room temperature, then serve or store in fridge.
Makes 40 2-Tbsp. servings
