    3 cups low fat cottage cheese (2%)
    2 egg whites
    2 teaspoons dried basil
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    2 26 oz cans of Hunt's Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
    2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
