Ingredients

    salt
    pepper
    bloom vegetable gumbo mix (store brand)
    swanson beef broth - 4 cups (32 oz box)
    1 cup rice - to thicken

Directions

Put these 4 ingredients in the slow cooker and allow to simmer all day on low.
