Crock Pot Beef Stew

I searched through many recipes to find a beef stew recipe, but none of the ones I found struck my fancy, so I decided to make up my own. Next time, I'll add a little more salt and pepper when I cook it, but, I'd rather add later on then have to subtract... nothing worse than stew that's too salty! With the veggies, cut, chop, dice or slice them. Your preference. Ingredients

Stew meat (1.25 lbs)
Flour (1/2 c.)
Salt (1 tsp)
Pepper (1 tsp)
Italian Seasoning (1 tsp)
Water (3 c.)
3 stalks celery, sliced (or chopped, depending on your time allotment)
3 large carrots, sliced
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
*French Rolls (I served mine with wheat bread bowls I found at Walmart1)
* I did NOT include the nutritional information for the bread - you will have to add that separately.
Directions
Plug in your crockpot and set on the low setting. The longer this cooks, the better it will taste.
Place your meat in plastic bag (ziploc storage bag, or whatever brand you have). Add the flour and spices to the bag. Shake to coat.
Place meat on the bottom of the crock pot.
Add veggies and water.
Cook for at least 6 hours. Serve with crusty bread!
