Tuna, Canned in Water, .75 cup, solid or chunks
Garlic, 2 clove
Onions, raw, 1
*Flour, white, 1 cup (minus 2 T)
Flax Seed meal 2 T
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Curry powder, 1 tbsp
Parsley, 1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Milk, 1%, .3 cup
Coconut, raw, .15 cup, shredded
*Canola Oil, .25 cup
1.Line muffin tin w/ cupcake liner
2.saute chopped garlic, and onion , add curry powder, tuna,parsley.
3.Combine sifted flour, baking powder, salt, sugar
4.combine milk, oil, egg, coconut
5.Pour mixture into muffin cups (8)
6.Bake 25 minutes or until set.
