Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Olive Oil, 1 T
    Ground bison (buffalo), 1 lb.
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Catsup, 1/3 cup
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, .75 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Subway Vinegar, 1 teaspoons
    *dry mustard powder, .25 tsp
    *Pinto Beans w/ Jalapeno, Ranch Style Brand, 1 can
    *Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 4 serving
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp

Directions

Lightly brown bison, onion, and celery in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 min or longer. Makes 4 generous servings. I serve with a salad and corn bread (when I can afford the extra calories).
