IntroductionHighly seasoned Chicken Thighs pan grilled with Pam. Cooking a large quantity means leftovers for later eating or for use in salads. Highly seasoned Chicken Thighs pan grilled with Pam. Cooking a large quantity means leftovers for later eating or for use in salads.
2 lbs Chicken Thighs
1 tsp Creole Seasoning (I use Tony Charchere's)
1 Sec Pam Original Seasoning
2. Sprinkle the Creole Seasoning onto the Chicken Thighs.
3. Let the Chicken Thighs sit for about 15 minutes or more.
4. Spray some Pam onto a griddle and then heat on high.
5. Place the Chicken Thighs onto the griddle and cook until juices run clear. Do not overcook.
After seasoning the Chicken Thighs, I will let them marinate with for at least 15 minutes. I will either cook half of the Chicken Thighs and save the rest for another day or cook everything so that I can have some cooked Chicken Thighs for later eating or to use in some different salads later in the week.
Because the Creole Seasoning has a lot of sodium, I do not use a lot. You can adjust the amount that you use if sodium is not a concern.
It's a low calorie protein source and has many uses.
