Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
    16 oz. Egg Noodles
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    7 oz Kraft shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    8 oz frozen peas
    1/4 cup light sour cream

    Boil, then dice chicken thighs. Boil egg noodles, add peas just before draining to help thaw. Combine all ingredients leaving a little bit of cheese to sprinkle on top. Turn mixture into baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. If baking immediately, bake for 30 minutes. If refrigerating and baking later, bake for an hour. Either scenario oven temp is 350.
